Egypt, Georgia intensify cooperation in tourism

The governments of Egypt and Georgia have signed the agreement on cooperation in tourism.
"The relevant agreement between the governments of the two countries was formalized within the visit of Georgian delegation to Egypt", Georgia's Minister of Economic Development Zurab Pololikashvili said.
The agreement envisages implementation of specific projects in future, he said.
"A few days ago, I met with the heads of travel agencies operating in Georgia. They said one of the main countries for Georgian tourists' vacation is Egypt. We hope that Egyptian tourists will be also interested in visiting Georgia, minister said.
