Turkey to realize at least 100 projects in Kyrgyzstan

Turkish International Cooperation and Development Agency (TICA) plans to implement about 100 projects in Kyrgyzstan in 2010, the program coordinator of TICA in Kyrgyzstan, Taifun Atmaja reported.

Turkish International CooperationandDevelopment Agency (TICA) plans to implement about 100 projects in Kyrgyzstan in 2010, the program coordinator of TICA in Kyrgyzstan, Taifun Atmaja reported.

Turkish governance intends to advance projects in an education sphere and public health services. "We will modernize a number of news agencies. TICA has already established three cameras allowing keeping record of all press conferences in one of the agencies. Journalists can take advantage of these records," Mr. Atmaja has stated, news agency "24.kg" reported.

Note that the Turkish International CooperationandDevelopment Agency under the Prime Minister of Turkey was founded in 1992. The aim of the Agency is to render technical aid to developing countries and establishment of contacts in economic sector, trade, culture, formation and social development.

TICA management allocated over $16 million for the last five years to Kyrgyzstan.
