Turkmenistan's Ministry of Textile Industry has announced an international tender for design and construction of "turnkey" complex of weaving and dyeing factories for the production of fabrics from mixed yarn (cotton + polyester). Location of the future enterprises is Ruhabat region of Akhal province.
National and foreign companies which have experience in the construction of weaving and dyeing factories are invited to participate in the tender.
Interested participants are offered:
- submit a written request to participate in the tender, indicating full name, legal status, country of registration and details;
- read the rules of the tender for the construction of "turnkey" complex of weaving and dyeing factories for the production of fabrics from mixed yarn (cotton + polyester);
- obtain technical requirements for design;
- obtain tender documents by paying 500 (five hundred) dollars + 15% VAT.
Bids must be sent to: Ashgabat, Independence Avenue, 96 and accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account.
Deadline for submission of proposals is March 15, 2010.
