In January the average prices on Baku's land market fell to 2.1 percent or $14,769 for 100 square meters compared to $15,086 in December 2009, the public organization 'Participants of property market' said.
The exposition term of land plots has increased by 0.8 percent during a month up to 247 days.
In January, the most expensive plot of land was proposed in Nasimi district of Baku at $190,000 per 100 square meters, the cheapest one - at $ 350 per 100 square meters in the Absheron district of Baku.
