Belarusian Agriculture Minister Semen Shapiro and his Georgian counterpart Bakur Kvezereli discussed cooperation plans between the two countries in the field of agriculture in Tbilisi.

The sides have agreed on specific areas of cooperation, Kvezereli said after the meeting.

"We have already decided on exporting Georgian wines to Belarus, as well as citrus supplies," he said.

Kvezereli added that "it is part of the preparations for harvesting grapes next season."

In his turn, Shapiro added that he had a very good working meeting with the Georgian minister.

"We agreed that Georgia will supply us with wine materials and we will supply them with high quality dairy products," he said.
