Movement of Azerbaijani trains in Dagestan to be resumed in near future

Movement of trains following the routes of Baku-Tumen and Baku-Kharkov, stopped as a result of an explosion at the Makhachkala-Port-Tarki section of the railway, will be resumed during an hour, the head of the press service of Azerbaijan Railways JSC, Nadir Azmammadov said today.

Movement of trains following the routes of Baku-Tumen and Baku-Kharkov, stopped as a result of an explosion at the Makhachkala-Port-Tarki section of the railway, will be resumed during an hour, the head of the press service of Azerbaijan Railways JSC, Nadir Azmammadov said today.

"Currently, the repair and reconstruction operations are being conducted at this section and movement is expected to be resumed within an hour," Azmammadov said.

At present, Baku-Tumen train is at the station of Manas, and Baku-Kharkov train at the station of Makhachkala.

Today dispatch of Baku-Moscow (19:50 hours), Baku-Tumen (17:00 hours) trains are also expected. Baku-Tumen train will arrive in Baku at 18:37 hours.

Blast in railway in Dagestan, which has been already admitted as terror act, occurred at 22:18 hours (Baku time).
