About 58,300 people were appointed in large and medium-sized enterprises and organizations in Kazakhstan in February, Kazakh Statistics Agency said.
"About 54,500 people were dismissed on various reasons. Employees dismissed on their own will hit 80.1 percent, reduction of staff - 2.1 percent, on other reasons - 17,8 percent, the department said.
Thus, in February 2010 turnover of accepting amounted 2 percent, turnover of dismissal - 1,9 percent, fluctuation of manpower - 1,5 percent. Replacement of employees hits 106,8 percent.
"The coefficient of labor turnover is determined by the ratio of retired workers.
Labor force replacement is the ratio of hired employees towards the number of dismissed employees.
