Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov instructed the city administration to prepare a plan to bring order to the outskirts and suburbs of the capital, demolition of temporary buildings, construction of high-quality roads.
Turkmen State News Service said today that at the last governmental meeting, the Turkmen President stressed that there are a lot of temporary constructions, including houses in suburbs.
He called on the Prosecutor General's Office and the Interior Ministry to establish proper control, prevent the illegal construction of houses, enforce sanitary regulations.
"This also applies directly to the heads of the Turkmen Ministry of Health and specifically - the state sanitary-epidemiological service, as well as the Supreme Chamber of Control", he said.
