LG will build its enterprise in a free industrial zone in Poti, Georgian Prime Minister Nika Gilauri said examining a free industrial zone.
He said that LG is a well known company producing televisions and home appliances. It has recently signed the agreement with the Poti free industrial zone on the construction of the enterprise.
Up to 100 people will be employed in this enterprise. Their salaries will hit 1,000 lari.
The agreements were signed with 22 companies. They will build their enterprises in Poti, Gilauri said.
"Licenses have been given to 22 companies, which will join the Georgian market and open their enterprises. There are companies from Iran, Armenia, Azerbaijan, the United Arab Emirates, Korea," Prime-Minister said.
