The Azerbaijani State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered shares of JSC "AtaBank" totaling $10 million manat, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), said.
About 500,000 shares at par value of 20 manat each were issued. Underwriter is Ltd. "Brokdil-Az".
According to the issue prospectus, placement will be conducted by public subscription at the BSE.
People wishing to purchase shares, can apply to the organization, which is a member of Company Baku Stock Exchange and has a brokerage license.
During the last year the aggregate capital increased by 29 percent or 5.7 million manat, reaching 25.1 million manat.
Assets totaled 199.3 million manat in late 2009.
AtaBank is the biggest part of one of the largest holdings in Azerbaijan - AtaHolding. The Bank operates in the market since 1993.
