A railway will be built from Ardabil to Mugan region, Iranian TV channel reported.
According to information, this road will connect the railway branch Miyana-Ardabil with railways of Central Asia and Caucasus.
The length of the railway line is 245 kilometers. This year (new year in Iran begins from March 21) $70 million was allocated for the construction of railway Ardabil-Mugan, part of which was transferred to the contracting company.
Iranian Mugan is located on the border with Azerbaijan in the 380 kilometers from Ardabil.
