The cost of one square meter in March on the primary real estate market of Baku reduced by 0.3 percent up to $880 compared to $883 in February, public organization Participants of property market said.
Lower prices were observed mainly in Khatai and Yasamal districts of Baku.
The average area of apartments under construction in March, amounted to 121.9 square meters, compared to 121,6 square meters in February.
The average index of floors in new buildings was 15,2, blocks in buildings under construction - 2,4.
Most part of the portfolio of the primary housing market in Baku in March was news buildings in Yasamal, Khatai and Nasimi districts of Baku, which amounted to 66,1 percent of the total portfolio market. The remaining 10.8 percent fall to Binagadi district of Baku, 9,4 percent - Narimanov, 6,2 percent - Nizami, 3,7 percent - Sabail, 2,8 percent - Sabunchi, 0,7 percent - Surakhani, 0,2 percent - Karadag.
