Unsecured interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF), acting at the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) to the amount of five million manat were placed today at Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the AMF said.
Total volume of applications submitted by three investors, amounted to 6.086 million manat compared to five million manat. Applications were submitted under the current price of 103.4555 percent. The total volume of bonds represented at the auction was fully invested.
Issue of unsecured bonds to the amount of 75 million manat was registered December 30, 2009. About 75,000 uncertificated interest unsecured bonds of the Mortgage Fund at par value of each 1,000 manat were registered. Last date for redemption is determined December 11, 2019.
Placing began February 1.
