The Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) will place book-entry and registered bonds of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund under the Central Bank worth 3mln manat July 19, the BSE reported.

According to the prospectus, placement will be conducted by public subscription. The bonds will be offered at the current price (103.5754 manat ).

Date of maturity is Dec.11, 2019

If the demand exceeds supply, all applications will be provided in a proportional manner. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan will play a role of the primary organizer of placement.

The State Securities Committee registered issue of the AMF's bonds Dec.30, 2009. The total bond issue is 75 million manat.

The BSE launched placement of the AMF's bonds Feb.1, 2010 and placed bonds worth 43mln so far.

AMF was founded in December 2005 and in March 2006 began to issue mortgage loans. In June 2007 the Fund stopped lending due to lack of funding, but resumed it in June 2009.
