In the first half of 2010, Kazakhstan's economy shows trajectory of growth, Kazakh Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zhanar Aitzhanova said today at a government meeting.
"Results of the half-year say that the Kazakh economy shows trajectory of growth. According to preliminary data, during the reporting period, GDP growth was 8 percent," Aitzhanova said.
According to her, such a figure was possible thanks to the actions taken by the Government to restore the economy.
