The average price for land on the market of Baku in June reduced by 0.33 percent up to $14,062 compared to $14,108 in May, 'Property market participants' public organization said.
The most expensive land plot was offered in June in Nasimi district of Baku at $250,000 per hundred square meters, the cheapest - $350 per hundred square meters in the Absheron area. In June, a significant decline in prices occurred in Yasamal district of Baku by 0,7 percent. The price in Hazar district of Baku increased by 0,3 percent.
The term of land exposition in June increased by 0.8 percent up to 258 days.
