In June, a deposit base of Azerbaijani banks increased by 0.7 percent, and by 27.5 percent compared to June 2009, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) said.
According to the CBA, at the end of June the total amount of bank deposits and deposits of legal and physical entities amounted 4,711,4 million manat compared to 4,679,9 million manat in late May, about 3696.3 million manat - at the beginning of July 2009.
