Average price for houses in Tashkent reduced by 6.5 percent

The average bid price on the secondary housing market in Tashkent in June reduced by 1.9 percent compared to May - up to $548 per square meter, the analytical center Avesta Research said.

Since the beginning of the year the average price per square meter in Tashkent reduced by 6,5 percent.

Avesta Research analysts analyzed 2,340 proposals on the secondary housing market in June - one percent more than in May.

The average price decreased by 2.5 percent - from $821 to $800 per square in areas located within a radius of 5 kilometers from the center, from 5 to 10 kilometers - by 2 percent, from $606 to $594. The decline was 2.4 percent - from $434 to $424 in areas remote to 10 or more kilometers from the center.

At the same time, the average cost of apartments lease in June increased by 2.1 percent - from $4,7 to $4,8 per square meter per month.

Prices for office real estate in June increased by 8.6 percent - from $612 to $665 per square meter, while the monthly office rental prices reduced by 0,7 percent - from $8.93 to $8.87 per square meter.
