The Azerbaijani Government jointly with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) within real estate registration project announced a poll of interest on the establishment of management systems, cadastre and real estate registration.
The applicants' tasks include the submission of proposals on the establishment of a system of management, cadastre and registration of real estate, provision of services related to technical support, upgrade business processes, installation, integration, holding trainings.
The cost of participation in the poll is 200 manat or $250. Bids must be accompanied by letters of guarantee worth $100,000. Participants' bids must be submitted till Oct. 25 at 11:00.
Opening of tender bids will take place in H.Javid avenue, Building of State Service for Registration of Real Estate.

The total amount of the registration project in Azerbaijan is $38.57 million.
At the expense of funds of the WB almost 78 percent of project cost is financed. International Bank for Reconstruction and Development allocated $30 million for 20 years with a five years favorable period.
The project is approved by the Board of Directors of the World Bank March 21, 2007.
