One of the activity areas aimed to improve the manufacturing process of Japanese companies Toyota engaged in producing cars is to reduce the time to fix bugs and errors, Toyota Tsisho Corporation General Project Manager Teruyuki Mori said in Baku. Toyota Tsisho Corporation is a member of the group Toyota.

Mori was a speaker at the seminar on 'Philosophy of doing business in Toyota Company. Unique production technology and supply chain management' organized by the PRO LOG training center.

According to Mori, the production process itself can be divided into two periods. The first - is itself a period of production, and the second - is a time to be spent on the implementation of repeated operations, return to the previous processes and correction of bugs. "The goal is to minimize the maximum time spent for the second segment of the process of production," Mori said.

Mori said that the whole system is aimed to exclude unnecessary processes, to produce only necessary-qualitative products and reduce its cost.

Another important characteristic of Toyota is the focus on customer needs and the organization of production depending on demand, he added.

The intended audience for the event was business owners, top managers, line managers and leading experts in the supply chain management, procurement, production, quality management and others.
