The State Securities Committee (SSC) of Azerbaijan registered issue of interest unregistered documentary bonds of Mugan Bank worth 30 million manat in total, the SSC said.
The SCS registered prospectus, which consists of 600,000 bonds with a nominal value 50 manat each. Placement of the bonds will be conducted through open subscription.
Mugan Bank conducts banking activity since 1992; today the bank has 26 branches and four departments. The authorized capital of the bank hits 15 million manat.
