A special commission established under the Turkmen parliament is studying a bill 'On accounting and financial reporting', submitted for consideration under the instructions of President Gurbangulu Berdimuhammedov.
The document is intended to regulate the issues of financial, economic and account activities of the agencies and organizations. The bill was developed with the participation of relevant ministries and agencies, and given the international standards.
The bill provides activities for the modernization of accounting and financial reporting of the country in accordance with the national and international standards, use of e-signatures on financial documents and carrying out documentation in the official language.
