The State Securities Committee (SSC) of Azerbaijan registered issue of unsecured interest non-documentary nominal bonds of Finans Lizinq worth 195,000 manat in total, the Baku Stock Exchage said.
The SCS registered prospectus, which consists of 390 bonds with a nominal value 500 manat each. Term of circulation of securities is 540 days. Underwriter of the placement is LTD "Celsi Kapital".
Placement of the bonds will be conducted through open subscription in the Baku Stock Exchage.
Finans Lizinq OJSC passed state registration on April 2, 2007. Presently, about 16 Azerbaijani physical entities are shareholders of OJSC. Major part of shares is owned by Azad Javadov and Tokay Shakhalizadeh (15.83 percent), Mobil Sharifov (15.17 percent) and Ibrahim Ibrahimov (10 percent).
Oct.8, the official exchange rate is 0.8021 manat to $1.
