Housing rental in Baku in September rose in price by 0.14 per cent - for an apartment from $690 to $691 on average, MBA Group consulting company's CEO Nusret Ibrahimov said.
Compared to early 2010 reduction in price was 8.1 percent, and compared to the same period of last year - 6.8 percent.
Average rental cost of non-residential facilities in September hit $2,486.
Rent of non-residential facilities has rise in price by 1.1 percent during the month. Since early year prices fell by 15.2 percent, compared with last year - by 12.2 percent.
