Last week the opening of Cityscape Global 2010, the 9th International exhibition of real estate and investments was taken place in Dubai. Azerbaijan, participating in this international exhibition for the first time, having brought to the attention of experts its new urban project Baku White City (BWC).Besides the fascinating architecture and the investments opportunities,the project presents the ideas of ecological revival of the earth, creation of the attractive city environment and infrastructure.
Participants of the largest exhibition platform, uniting the international investors, architects, advisers, developers, leading experts and representatives of the state structures occupied in the real estate field, received the information on the purposes and the tasks confronting the BWС project as well as about extensive investment opportunities in Azerbaijan and successful development of economy of our country.
The representatives of BWC also took part in the international investment forum the program of which had included statements of investors of the USA, China, the United Arab Emirates, the countries of the Near East and etc.
Experts and investors met with a great interest the participation of BWC in the exhibition Cityscape Global 2010. The exhibition that recommended itself as the most popular place of meeting of capitals, technologies and experts has afforded the BWC project excellent opportunities for the further development.
"The potential of such an attractive project as BWC was greatly appreciated by experts, it has caused genuine interest in partners and investors taken part in the exhibition" - noted Wouter Molman, the organizer of the exhibition Cityscape Global 2010. "Participation of Azerbaijan in the exhibition with such a project witnesses the scale transformations occurring in your country and it is the next opportunity for worthy representation of the republic and its capital in the international investment environment" - he added.
The exhibition Cityscape Global 2010 was presented by the following sections as the town-planning, architectural design, the advanced IT- solutions, architectural illumination, spatial design, landscape architecture, innovative solutions of designing and etc. About three hundred companies from the Near East, the European Union, Asia, the American continent, Africa and Australia took part in the Cityscape Global in current year.
The grandeur of the concept and the professionalism of the highly considered work that was carried out places baku at the forefront of urban design and planning, and puts it in line with the world's leading urban projects.
