An office of the Latvian leasing company TKB Lizings was registered in Azerbaijan in September, the official website of the Ministry of Taxes said.
The Latvian company TKB Lizings is its founder. The representation passed state registration on Sept. 7, 2010. A legitimate representative of the company is a citizen of Latvia Telman Kerimov.
TKB Lizings is a subsidiary of the Latvian Trasta komercbanka. Trasta komercbanka was founded in 1989. The credit institution has offices and subsidiaries in Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Canada, and Cyprus.
Earlier, a leasing company with Latvian capital - Parex Leasing and Factoring was represented in Azerbaijan. It has been operating since March 2005. The paid authorized capital of Parex Leasing & Factoring is $50,000. The company is a subsidiary of the largest Latvian bank Parex Bank. There are Parex Bank's leasing companies in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kiev, Minsk, Tallinn and Vilnius.
