The total turnover of the construction sector totaled 388 million lari ($1 equals 1.79 lari) in the second quarter of the year, the Georgian National Statistical Service said.
According to the information, this index is 145.3 million lari more compared to the first quarter of the year.
The volume of production of the construction sector amounted to 385 million lari in the first half of the year.
About 31,397 people are involved in construction, the average salary - 777.9 lari.
