Former CEO of Zagreb Stock Exchange Mr. Roberto Motusic taught the representatives of most active brokerage houses on the technology of IPO on Oct.26 as a component of the project "Capital Markets Training" conducted at Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) with the support of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the BSE reported.
The training was attended by representatives of all the most active brokerages of the Azerbaijani stock market.
"The lecture reflected the criteria for selecting companies to go public, the action plan and roadmap for all involved parties using the most recent successful IPOs on the European markets," the source reported.
