One of the Azerbaijani largest insurance companies- the Ateshgah Insurance Company made reshuffle in the management, the company reported on Friday.
The shareholders appointed Talat Safarov the Chairman of the Board in Ateshgah Insurance Company at the general meeting held today.
Talat Safarov graduated from Moscow State University under M.V.Lomonosov name. He started his professional activity in Bank sector in Moscow in 1998. In 2007 has been appointed as Deputy Chairman of Board in "Kavkaz" Insurance Company in Azerbaijan. He was appointed as Deputy Chairman of Board in Ateshgah Insurance Company in 2008.
Safarov replaced Azer Aliyev, who now occupies the post of head of the Azerbaijani Insurance Association (AIA).
The Ateshgah Insurance Company was established in December 1996. The company ranked third in the ranking of the Azerbaijani insurance companies on insurance premiums for the ten months of 2010. The company has five offices in Baku and six regional offices in the territory of Azerbaijan.
