Azerbaijani Insurance Company Gunay Sigorta forecasts the reduction in premiums in December by 12-16 percent - up to 0.53 - 0.55 million compared to 0.63 million manat manat as of Dec. 1, the company's actuary Iskandar Iskandarov said.
"The decline in premiums is expected due to the temporary suspension of the license of the company this summer," Iskandarov said.
He said that during the suspension of the license, the company had to abandon several major contracts. The license was suspended on May 7, 2010 and restored on August 30.
