A meeting devoted to recent innovations in improving the legislative base regulating the stock exchange market was held this week at the Azerbaijani State Securities Committee with the participation of the Azerbaijani National Deposit Center, the Baku Stock Exchange and other professional participants of the securities market.
The participants paid great interest to standards for depository activity, rules of brokering activity on the securities market and rules for state registration of collateral for securities.
The state registration of security pledges ensures the use of the 'single-window' principle. Registration can only be realized as a result of an appeal to the committee.
