EEIG grants Gold Grade European Service Standard to CJSC "Azerbaijan Airlines"

By the unanimous decision of Directors Board of European Economic Chamber of Trade, Commerce and Industry (EEIG) "Azerbaijan Airlines" Closed Joint Stock Company was awarded with the European Service Standard, the EEIG statement says.
Honorary Diploma of the Standard was submitted to the Vice President of "Azerbaijan Airlines" CJSC Mr. Eldar Hajiyev by the President of Representative Office of EEIG in Azerbaijan Mr. Nizami Piriyev in the head office of "AZAL".
European Service Standard awarded by the European TCI Chamber is a distinction mark established for the leading companies, which try to achieve the highest service quality standards and constantly keep their customers satisfied. Standard is presented in "EuSS Blue", "EuSS Silver" and "EuSS Gold" grades. "Azerbaijan Airlines" has been awarded with the highest "EuSS Gold" grade of the European Service Standard. This grade is granted by the European TCI Chamber to the selective entities proved to be "a company able to demonstrate its better services in all fields and meet the requirements put forward to the exemplary entity aimed to rendering modern standard services". It should be noted that, "Azerbaijan Airlines" CJSC is an exclusive company in our country awarded with this Standard. The company is entitled to use the sign of European Service Standard as a stamp in its documentation.
President of Representative Office of EEIG in Azerbaijan Mr. Nizami Piriyev commenting this event noted: "Azerbaijan Airlines Closed Joint Stock Company is a company reflecting the stimulus of strong and dynamically developing economy of our country, continuously increasing service level and trying to achieve highest service quality standards. It is a great honor and cheerful event for us, that for the first time Azerbaijani company has been awarded with such high quality European Service Standard". A Vice President of "Azerbaijan Airlines" CJSC Mr. Eldar Hajiyev highly appreciating the awarding of the company with the European Service Standard also mentioned that, the company will try to achieve higher quality service level and meet customers' satisfaction.
"Azerbaijan Airlines" is the largest national airline company of Azerbaijan. It is a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). The Company performs passenger flights to the Europe, CIS, Middle East and Asian countries. There is a plan to open new regular flights to the countries of Northern America and South-East Asia after purchasing a new batch of "Boeing" long-range aircrafts in 2014. Presently "Azerbaijan Airlines" takes a worthy place in the International Air Transport Association (IATA) as a National Carrier of Azerbaijan and takes leading position among air companies of CIS countries. "Azerbaijan Airlines" is also considered to be one of the leaders both in the region and CIS countries by its number of new airliners.
