Dynamics of prices on Baku’s real estate market for 7 years

According to the estimation of the Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers, the average price for per square meter in Baku has almost doubled for seven years.
In 2004, the prices for per square meter of housing amounted to $483 on the primary market, while $831 on the secondary market. It totaled $531 on the primary market in 2005, while $975 on the secondary market, $688 on the primary market in 2006, $1,254 on the secondary market, $1,025 on the primary market in 2007, and $1,528 on the secondary market.
Price for per square meter in Baku on the primary market totaled $1,118 in 2008, on the secondary market - $1,617, $949 on the primary market in 2009, $1,414 on the secondary market in 2009.
