The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry shares of the ASB Bank worth 1.886 million manat, the Committee reported.
The issue includes 9.43 million shares at par value of 2 manat each.
The bank's capital rose by 4.8 percent to 25.908 million manat in 2010, including the bank's authorized capital by 11 percent to 22.114 million manat.
ASB Bank was established in 1996 as a CI Bank and changed the brand in late 2006.
The official exchange rate is 0.7936 manat to $1 on March 9.
