As a result of 2010, trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Ukraine increased by 84 percent, almost reaching the level of the pre-crisis period, Ukrainian First Deputy Prime Minister, Economic Development and Trade Minister Andrei Klyuyev said today during his official visit to Baku.
"Today, Baku will host the ninth session of the Azerbaijani-Ukrainian Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation," Klyuyev said. "The meeting is expected to discuss cooperation in the energy sphere, as well as in engineering and agriculture," he added.
"Azerbaijan and Ukraine are linked by strong economic relations, which we intend to develop," Klyuyev said.
