The development of a draft law on private tax advisory service has been finalized in Azerbaijan, Akif Musayev, the head of the Tax Ministry's Strategic Studies and Tax Policy Department, said today.
"This law is aimed at improving the quality of services rendered to taxpayers, as well as improving the overall tax environment in the country," Musayev said.
The need to create an improved normative and legal base is due to the fact that it is necessary to define the rights and obligations of companies providing private tax services and customers.
