Iran excluded from money laundry countries list

Iran has been "removed" from the list of money laundry countries list, Mehr News Agency reported quoting Director of Anti- Money Laundering Office (AMLO) in Central Bank of Iran Abdolmehdi Arjmandnejad as saying.
"The Central Bank of Iran is reviewing new regulations to combat money laundry further to send to local banks," he said.
The Central Bank of Iran reported that the country's efforts to fight money laundry during the recent World Bank and IMF conference in Washington has resulted in removing Iran from money laundry list.
