Azerbaijani State Securities Committee has registered the issue prospectus of interest-bearing registered book-entry unsecured bonds of Azerbaijani Parabank, SSC said on Monday.
Within the issue 10,000 bonds were registered, face value of per bond is 1,000 manat. Thus, the issue volume amounted to 10 million manat.
Parabank was established in 1991 as a commercial bank. Being one of the first commercial banks in Azerbaijan, Parabank since its establishment offers universal financial services of wide range to its customers. Since July 2007, JSC "Parabank" has been a member of Azerbaijani Deposit Insurance Fund.
The official exchange rate is 0.7863 manat to $1 on Aug.22.
