Prices on housing increased by 0.3 percent in Kazakhstan in August 2011 compared to the previous month, the Kazakh Statistics Agency said.
"In 2011, new housing prices increased by 7.8 percent. At present, cost of one square meter of new housing is 150,107 tenge," the agency said.
Resale rose in prices by 9 percent compared to August 2010, and amounted to 111,683 tenge for a square meter.
