After two unsuccessful attempts to sell the building of the Samshoblo (Motherland) publishing house in the center of Tbilisi for $20 million, the decision was made to transfer it to City Loft Company. This decision was discussed at yesterday's governmental meeting, the Georgian government told Trend.
According to the information, the building area of 9,447 square meters is expected to be sold for $ 9 million.
