Iran's customs revenues increase by 4.5 percent

Iran 's customs revenues increased by 4.5 percent during the first five months of current solar year (started on March 20, 2011) compared to the same period of last year, ISNA quoted head of Iran's Custom Administration Abbas Memarnejad as saying.

"Iran's customs received 3 , 100 billion rials ($2.8 billion) during the first five months of current year, as well as $900 million value added tax," he said.

He stressed that $8.9 billion were predicted to fall on Iran's customs revenues this year.
