The German Commerzbank has opened a credit line for the Georgian Basis Bank for trade. Basis Bank reported that this line will greatly facilitate and assist clients related to international trade transactions, relationships with partners.
Basis Bank operates in the banking space over 19 years and is a progressive and stable image.
Basis Bank was the first bank in Georgia with which the U.S. Agency for International Development has implemented a joint project. Then, it received a 50-percent guarantee portfolio of $ 6 million. The project also aims at promoting the development of small and medium businesses.
The Bank is actively working with major international financial organizations in Europe and Asia, such as the World Bank (WB), International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Dutch development bank business (FMO), etc.
