Kazakhstan signed an agreement with Russia to save their crops of grain

Kazakhstan signed an agreement with Russian Federation to transport the grain volume of 5500 wags, the vice-president of JSC "NC" Kazakhstan Temir Joly " ("Kazakhstan Railways") Yermek Kizatov, speaking on a conference call on the transportation of grain together with the Minister of agriculture, as well as leaders of JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Joly", JSC "NC Food Contract Corporation ", JSC "KazAgro" and "Grain Union of Kazakhstan".

"JSC "Center of transport services" concluded the contract on its own fleet of grain attraction of the Russian Federation in the number of 5500 wags," - said Kizatov.

According to him, park grain inventory currently stands at 5200 wags, while demand for October-December is two times - the 10 500.

As previously reported, this year the volume of the new grain harvest approached the record level, and therefore, there were problematic issues for the timely shipping of harvest.

As previously reported by the Minister of Agriculture Asylzhan Mamytbekova, expected good harvest this year in the order of 23-23,5 tons in weight credited causes high export potential - more than 10 million tons.

During the conference call, it was decided that in case of shortage of grain to consider using for transporting grain boxcars and gondolas, after providing for the safety of their seal transported grain.
