There is slight activity on the real estate market in Baku for the first nine months of this year, the CBA's report on monetary policy said. The report includes data of MBA Group consulting company.
During the reporting period, the prices on the secondary market increased by 5.7 percent and 2 percent on the primary housing market.
"However, the price per square meter on the secondary housing market is 17.4 percent is less than in 2008, the primary housing market - by 25.9 percent," the report said.
Despite the cost of rental housing increased by 2.8 percent, the rent of commercial buildings reduced by 12.1 percent.
The number of deals concluded on the secondary housing market in July-September increased by 8.8 percent, the report said.
