Intergas Central Asia (KazTransGas's subsidiary) has implemented the planned redemption of Eurobonds worth $250 million, the company said today.

"The bonds of main unsecured debt, with a global note status, were placed on Nov. 4, 2004," the message said. "They were issued under the guarantee of KazTransGas and Intergas Central Asia."

Intergas Central Asia spent the funds received by placing Eurobonds to finance commitments and operations.

The Eurobond issue allowed the company to attract significant loans in international capital markets for longer-term borrowing.
