OJSC "Zaminbank" appealed to CJSC "Baku Stock Exchange" (BSE) for inclusion of its ordinary registered book-entry shares to the non-quotation list of BSE. The start of the OJSC " Zaminbank" s shares placement is planned to for Nov. 21, 2011, BSE said.
The issue volume hits 1.459 million manat.
Some 7,299 securities with par value of 200 manat each will be issued within the prospectus.
Under the prospectus, the placement will be carried out by public subsciption at the BSE. Texnika Kapital Menecment LLC acts as underwriter.
According to the bank, at present, prior to the placement, the bank's authorized capital hits 20.722 million manat. The bank's total capital hits 25 million manat.
Zaminbank started its activity on Nov.16, 1992. The bank's shareholders are three physical entities.
The official exchange rate is 0.7865 manat to $1 on Nov.21.
