The amendments made to the export-import exchange control regulations have entered into force in Uzbekistan.
Legal entities-residents who have delayed receiving foreign currency earnings from abroad for more than 30 business days will be fined, the official press of the republic said today.
According to the document, the penalty to the republican budget in the equivalent of 10 percent of the uncollected currency will be paid by legal entities-residents if foreign exchange earnings are delayed in the period up to 180 days from the scheduled date.
