The auction on selling 49 percent of Alfa Telecom's shares was not held, the Kyrgyz state property ministry told KirTAG on Friday.
It is reported that one bid was received from the Swedish company Telia Sonera I Capital AB.
TeliaSonera is the telecommunications company. It is the leader on the mobile communication markets in Sweden and Finland.
