Kazakh export prices decrease in October

Kazakh export prices decreased by 2.6 percent in October compared to September, Kazakhstan's Statistics Agency reported.

In October Kazakhstan's export deliveries of lead decreased in prices by 9.6, natural gas by 6.8 percent, oil by 3.8 percent, aluminum by 2.3 percent, oil products by 1.1 percent. Wheat prices lowered by 11.3 percent, wool and cotton went down by 2.8 percent.

Meanwhile, Kazakhstan's exported gas condensate rose in prices by 6.5 percent, ferrous metals by 5.2 percent, liquefied propane and butane by 1.3 percent.

According to the Statistic Agency, prices on products imported by Kazakhstan decreased in October compared to the previous month by 0.2 percent.

Imported wine cheapened by 6.7 percent, fish - by 5.5 percent, sugar - by 3.3 percent, poultry - by 3.2 percent, vegetable oil - by 1.5 percent, margarine - 1.4 percent.

Meanwhile, imported tea rose in price by 9.5 percent and coffee by 3.2 percent.
