The State concern Turkmenkhimiya has announced an international tender for the design and construction of a factory for the production of iodine with a capacity of 300 tons per year (equivalent to 100 per cent iodine) and derivatives of iodine (potassium iodide with capacity of 50 tons per year and potassium iodate with capacity of 5 tons per year), bromine and derivatives of bromine with capacity of 4500 tons per year (equivalent of 100 per cent bromine).
This relates to the reconstruction of a raw materials base at the Cheleken field of chemical plant Khazar on a turnkey basis.
To participate in the tender you must submit to the civil code Turkmenkhimiya and send your application to: Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan Avenue of hero A. Niyazov, 11:
- a written application expressing why you wish to participate in the tender giving your full name, legal status, country of registration and requisites;
- Read the Rules of the tender for the selection of contractors for the design and construction of industrial and social facilities of oil, gas and fish industry of Turkmenistan;
- To receive tender documents by paying 1000 (one thousand U.S. dollars) + 15 per cent VAT.
The bank account for transferring of cash will be specified after submitting a written application.
Packages with Tender applications will be accepted for consideration after payment.
Tender documents are accepted from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm local time.
Deadline for submission of tender applications is 15.02.2012.
